An item does not suit you? No problem! The customer has 14 days after receipt to return and receive a refund or exchange for the item. The refund will be made via the payment method used for the purchase. After this period, Bunette Paris will not be able to make any reimbursement. To be eligible for return, the item must not have been worn or used and must be returned with all packages, labels, tags, fasteners provided. The item must be returned in its original condition, with no missing parts and no damage not caused by the customer.

If the item is returned in poor condition and / or without its labels and / or out of its packaging (when this is present at the time of dispatch), Bunette Paris will not be able to reimburse. To complete the returns process, we ask the customer to provide proof of purchase.
